These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the Web site http://www.petitama.com (here in after, the "Website") owned by Petitama™, (hereinafter, "Petitama™"), registered office at Barcelona (Spain), as well as the services and products offered by Petitama™ on its website.
Petitama™ offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications of the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
For the access to the site the registration of the users is not required. However, the User's registration and acceptance of these conditions is required before formalizing the payment.
Through the website, Petitama™ offers users baby clothes, women's clothing, men's clothing and other products, all handmade in the Petitama™ workshop.
Published prices include spanish taxes, but don't include shipping costs or duty or taxes.
The taxes will be applied according to the current US legislation.
Spain and Portugal: Free shipping on all orders that are higher than 39€ to Spain and Portugal (ex. Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands). The orders to Spain and Portugal below 39€ will have a fix shipping price of 4€. For Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands the shipping costs will be shown before confirmation of the order.
Rest of the world: Shipping prices can vary depending on the country. Exact prices will be shown before confirmation of the order.
We will keep you informed
After placing your order you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Within 72 hours, when your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time in the control panel of our logistics operator.
If you have any preferences in terms of delivery times or special requests, such as leaving the package at reception, if the order is for a company, etc. You can specify this by leaving a comment when ordering in the “comments” field and we will pass this on to the carrier.
the delivery is considered complete when the product is handed over to the customer by the carrier and the customer signs the delivery note. The recipient is responsible for verifying the products upon receipt and raising any issues or complaints that may be justified.
Exchanges and returns
The Petitama™ online shop works with the following return and exchanges policies. This policy can only be applied to a product purchased in the Petitama™ online shop.
It’s not allowed to do a return or exchange to any of our distributors.
If you wish to return a product for another one, we suggest you to return it and buy your new one separately.
The return of the product must be done within the following 30 days from the purchase date.
To return a product
Contact with our customer service department and they will be in charge of picking the product in the indicated address. The customer service hours are monday to friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm: email@example.com
You must apply the return within the following 30 days from the purchase date. All of the return costs will run in charge of Petitama™ and, in case the customers does this by it’s own ways, he won’t be able to reclaim the return import.
The product must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which it was received in. In the case that you don’t have the original packaging, you should find one with the same dimensions.
When the returned product is received in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in correct conditions. Then, we will credit you the import payed for the product within 10 days.

All our products are designed and handmade care so any small variations in shape or color are normal. Our products have a two year warranty. However, que warranty won’t be valid if the product is not used correctly. Please check the care instructions indicated in each product description. Our customer service department has an after sales service to solve any problems you may have with our items. This offers a fast and efficient service to our customers.
Petitama™ will only accept payment by credit or debit card (visa, visa electron, mastercard and Stripe) and paypal.
Payment with a credit or debit card? Petitama™ accepts payment for purchases made through its website using the following credit or debit cards: visa, visa electron, mastercard and american express. The money will be taken online, in other words in real time, through the payment gateway of the bank, once it has been established that the data are correct.
Payment with paypal? Petitama™ accepts payment with paypal and Stripe.
For Petitama™, security in online purchases is imperative. All transactions are carried out through secure payment systems and confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the bank. The information is sent with 256 bit encryption, preventing security problems and any customer data from reaching third parties. The spanish data protection agency recommends installing a digital certificate. Certificates come with third party liability insurance in the event of a failure to cover damages.
Events beyond our control
We do not accept any responsibility for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of the obligations we assume under a contract because of events outside of our reasonable control ("force majeure"). force majeure includes any act, event, lack of exercising, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control including, among others, the following:
1. strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
2. civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
3. fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
4. inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
5. inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
6. acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions imposed by any government or public authority.
7. strike, failures or accidents in sea or river transport, mail transport or any other type of transport.
It will be understood that our obligations under the contract will be suspended during the period for which the force majeure continues and we will have an extension in the dead-line for complying with these obligations of a period of time equal to the duration of the force majeure. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the force majeure comes to an end or to find a solution that allows us to fulfil our obligations under the contract despite the force majeure.
