Returns & Exchanges

1) Changes

If you want to exchange one product for another, you will have to make a return and then place a new order with the product you want to purchase.

2) Returns

In the case of not wanting a product, you have 30 calendar days to return it.

Please return the items to me within 30 days of delivery.
I accept cancellations if the order has not been sent.
Contact me if you have a problem with your order.

3) The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns for custom orders.

4) Return conditions

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
