Do you have a size guide?

All turbans and headbands are one size fits all. The fabrics are elastic and fit perfectly. If you need a special size, please contact me.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay on our website through your credit debit card using PayPal or Stripe. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization, both by us and by the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. It may take a while for the web page to load during data validation, but this is normal.

When will my order be paid?

If your card is authorized, the payment will be made immediately and you will receive an email with the confirmation that your order has been placed successfully. If your card is not authorized, the payment will not be made and an email will be sent to provide you with detailed information about the reasons why your bank or card issuer has not authorized the payment. Normally there are errors in the payment process if you try to make the payment more than 3 times or if you make more purchases than your card allows, this value can be established by talking to the bank.

How can I modify my details in my account?

Once you have registered, you can enter “My Account” whenever you want. From here, you can modify your password, email address, and shipping information. Also benefit from a special discount for registering and leaving us a review.

Is there any kind of discount or promotion?

You have free shipping for purchases over € 35 for all countries. We also have the newsletter promotion, where you will get a 10% discount on your purchase. If you are already a regular customer and are registered, in your user account you will find other promotions and direct discounts.

Payment methods

You can pay through PayPal and credit cards through Stripe. If you need any other option you can contact me.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs are collected at the time of purchase, it cannot be done before because until you enter an address, the system cannot calculate it. For purchases of € 35 or more, shipping is free. If you want to know more, click on this link:  calculate shipping costs

Customs, taxes and Brexit

If you request that a turban be shipped outside the EU, it may be subject to taxes, fees or charges due to the laws or customs regulations of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for and responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the products. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we cannot offer assistance in these processes, we recommend that you verify the import charges before making any purchase to avoid problems with customs.
If your order is delayed due to customs, you must contact your local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes totally unrelated to Petitama to release the merchandise.

The user experience will be the same and will have nothing to do with Brexit, but additional customs fees and duties may apply that would be charged at the time of delivery, these fees are not included in the prices of the products. and they would only affect the southern part of the UK.

When will I receive a refund for my return?

Once we have received the product or products that you want to return, we will proceed to the refund at the same time. This will be reflected in your account within a period of approximately 3 working days from the date the returned item arrives. Please

Why can my card be rejected?

These are usually the most common reasons:

It may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the requested fields.
The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
You may have exceeded your online purchase attempts. Verify with your bank that your card is suitable for online purchases either outside the US and that there is no limit on unsuccessful attempts.

Why has a payment error occurred?

The payment error occurs when the payment is not made, the reasons may be due to the card in question or the website itself. If your order has not been processed correctly and you have not received the order confirmation emails, please follow these steps:

Check that no charge has actually been made to your account. If so, contact hola@petitama.com
If you have not been charged, try again to place the order through the web. You may have to open the web in another browser to avoid the same problem.

After buying

If you have any questions after placing your order and you cannot find it in our quick questions, do not hesitate to contact me, I will answer you in less than 24 hours from Monday to Sunday.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once the order is placed, you have the right to cancel for 14 days. If the order has not been received yet, contact me immediately to act more quickly and efficiently and save shipping costs. If the order has already left our warehouse, then we will act in accordance with the laws of distance shipping that you have the right to cancel the contract without specifying the reason, contact me to expedite the procedure. I will ask you to make the full refund of the canceled items and once returned we will proceed to the full return without shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our differential value is that as we sell an item, we also manufacture it. We create the headband or turban at the time of purchase in our workshop. The process is completely handmade and from the order to the manufacture of this it is usually 1 working day. Manufacturing to dispatch is also 1 business day. From here, it is the Correos transport agency in Spain that takes care of the shipment and it usually takes between 2 and 3 working days. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be added to your order during the purchase process.

Order status

At the time of purchase, your order is in “Payment accepted“. When we start the manufacturing process, the article goes to the “Preparation in progress” status of the article, taking between 1 and 2 days to produce it. Once the carrier comes to pick it up at our workshop, the status changes to “Sent status”, all these status changes lead to the automatic sending of an email to the customer informing the status change. Check your SPAM tray in case the mail has not passed the demanding controls of DKIM and SPF for carrying internal links.

Should I wash my turban or headband before wearing it?

No. All of our headbands and turbans are pre-washed and ironed prior to purchase. It is possible that during the trip and especially depending on the duration of the trip, the article arrives wrinkled, but we pack the article so that it reaches you as best as possible and prepared for immediate use.

Shipment tracking

As soon as we mark the order as “Sent”, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a URL to track the shipment from the carrier’s website.

For international shipments, since the order was marked as “Sent”, the mail with the tracking number can take up to 48 hours to be received.

I think my package is lost, what do I do?

We treat all our orders in a very manual and not very automated way, so it is possible that if your order arrives in poor condition, damaged or has been lost, please contact me so that I can start the procedures with the transport company, all our shipments are tracked for which the transport company is responsible.

Unsubscribe from the Newsletter
